This course has been developed by Roman Shmundyak Co-founder and Director of Logistics at Alfa X logistics LLC. Course narrated by Olga Rostova (co-owner of Alfa X Logistics and LearnDispatch).
LearnDispatch is managed by Alfa X Logistics – an independent dispatch firm located in Atlanta GA. Company has been very active in transportation industry since 2010 and has been initially managing only trucks owned by the company. However, as demand for dispatch and logistics management has grown Alfa X Logistics started providing such services to “outside” owner operators and small trucking companies. Such expansion required new personnel to service our clients and lead to a development of a manual designed to introduce new employees (some without any previous experience in transportation) to dispatch for trucking industry.
Since initial introduction manual has been updated and converted into interactive format. In the process we've discovered high interest for such training from beginning entrepreneurs looking for ultimate independence with minimal start-up cost and decided to make our training manual available to general public. That is how Interactive Dispatch Training Course has been born.
